1. Q: Can I get a sample of electric bike frame for checking quality firstly?
A: Yes, we would like to send a sample for your checking.
2. Q: Do you accept customized-order?
A: Yes, we can make electric bike frames to your prototype or drawings.

5. Q: How does your company do about quality control?
A: We always know quality is our company's life. We control quality in every step from Incoming material to the last packing. For electric bike frame, we do EN standard testing.

A: Usually it takes around 25days. But please check again before you placed an order. Since some times our production is very busy then the lead time will be a little longer.
